I understand that all close-out products are first come, first serve. I understand that if I do not make a decision on my quote, I may lose the items I wish to purchase. I am aware that close-out products are left over from large projects, and are not presumed to be damaged or poor quality. I agree that if I purchase a close-out product, the product is non-refundable without exception because the product is being sold below retail. I understand that close-out products are for pick-up at our Palm City Warehouse and if I wish to have the products shipped to me, it will be solely my responsibility to provide shipping details, including a bill of lading for the pick-up, and I must produce my own shipping insurance for protection. I am aware that products are inspected on-site before and during pick up, however, if I elect to have products shipped, inspections will be done by warehouse staff and cannot be guaranteed. I agree that if products are shipped, it is at my own risk. For pickup or delivered closeout products, Glass Block Warehouse, Solutions in Stone requires payment in full and a Bill of Lading for shipped items to prepare the products for shipping. If I choose to pay by credit card, I agree to send a copy of my identification card that matches the name on the credit card to prevent fraudulent activity. For shipped products, there will be a fee for preparation and warehouse personnel that will be included in quote and paid in full with the invoice before items ship. By checking the box below, I am agreeing to all the above, as well as any other terms & conditions that will be expressed by Glass Block Warehouse, LLC or Solutions in Stone, LLC employees in writing or by phone, and I would like a quote sent to the information provided within this form. Do not make changes to this information unless you would like to request a change in quantity. Please be aware that close-out quantities are rarely changed, and we prefer to sell the full amount unless there is a substantial amount of close-out product.
